Using Our Website

Our website is here to tell you about our shows, projects, and values.

  • We do our best to keep everything accurate and up to date, but details (especially tour dates and venues) can change.
  • We may update or remove parts of the site from time to time.
  • Please use the website responsibly and don’t try to interfere with how it works.

Our Work & Intellectual Property

Everything you see on this website — including text, images, videos, designs, and logos — belongs to Lost Cause or our collaborators, unless we say otherwise.

You’re very welcome to share links to our site, but please don’t copy, reuse, or adapt our content without permission.

Seeing material here doesn’t give permission to perform, reproduce, or adapt our work.

Performances, Touring & Tickets

Because we tour, some things are always subject to change:

  • Dates, venues, and casting may occasionally need to be adjusted.
  • Accessibility, seating, and facilities vary by venue — we’ll always share the best information we have.
  • Tickets are usually sold by venues or third-party platforms, and their terms and conditions apply.
  • If a performance is cancelled or rescheduled, refunds or exchanges are handled by the ticket seller or venue.

Participation, Workshops & Community Activity

We run workshops, talks, and participatory projects alongside our performances.

If you take part:

  • We ask everyone to behave respectfully and help create a safe, welcoming space.
  • We take safeguarding seriously and work in line with our Safeguarding Policy.
  • We reserve the right to stop someone taking part if their behaviour puts others at risk.

Additional project-specific information may be shared separately.

Photography, Filming & Documentation

  • Photography or filming during performances isn’t usually allowed unless clearly stated.
  • We may photograph or film performances, workshops, or events for marketing, documentation, evaluation, or funding purposes.
  • We’ll always aim to be clear about this and act in line with our safeguarding, consent, and data protection policies.

Equality, Diversity & Access

Lost Cause is committed to equity, diversity, and inclusion.

We aim to:

  • Make our work as accessible as possible
  • Treat everyone fairly and with respect
  • Keep learning and improving how we do this

More detail can be found in our Equality, Diversity & Inclusion policy.

  • Mailing Lists & Personal Data

If you sign up to our mailing list or get in touch with us, we’ll only use your information for the purposes you’ve agreed to.
